Ling has extensive experience in high-end hospitality and residential lighting. Prior to establishing her studio, she worked on luxury hotels such as Park Hyatt, Andaz and Ritz Carlton, a large lighting masterplan project, multi-story residential apartments and private residences. Her projects span across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region - Australia, Vietnam, China, Singapore, Turks & Caicos Islands and The Netherlands. Her international experience allows her to draw from the different cultures she has had the chance to immerse herself in. 

Ling’s fascination and intrigue at how lighting could really change one’s perception of a space sparked her career change from electrical engineering to lighting design. Through her work, she hopes to evoke the same sense of calm, comfort and intrigue that she experienced when she was first drawn into the world of light.
